USA Cycling's Gravel National Championship is open to elite and full age-group fields, giving amateur racers a genuine shot at a national title in a discipline that otherwise runs almost entirely outside USA Cycling's traditional sanctioning structure.
La Crescent, Minnesota hosts the 2025 and 2026 edition, showcasing the “Driftless” region's punchy climbs and scenic views. The race previously hosted in Gering, Nebraska, on a flatter, smoother course.
It hasn't yet been announced where the 2027 race will be held, but given USA Cycling's typical two-year host-city cycle, a change of venue is likely.
